IF I'M BEING TOTALLY HONEST THEN I SHOULD ALSO ADD THIS . . . TRUE rock utopia (hah!) is being given the chance to show off in front of people onstage - the more the better. It is for me, anyway. In which case, the closest I've come to any sort of heaven in this lifetime is when I joined Nirvana on vocals for their Palladium show encore in New York '93, in front of 10,000 people. Nothing can beat that feeling of winding so many people up. Believe me. I'm just being honest here, I'm not trying to show off. (Much.) |
